Dear Alexander, dear Forum,

The answer is quite simple: you can use the function
Factorization( G, <elm>), where G is the group you consider
and <elm> is the respective element. For more details please
have a look at the Manual. You can also use on-line help
just typing ?Factorization.

I think such a question should be forwarded to GAP-trouble,
not to GAP-Forum.
