Dear Forum,

Over the past few days (in particular since Friday August 2nd) we have had
some technical trouble with the software which manages the forum mails. I
hope that these difficulties are now fully resolved.

If you have tried to post to the forum in the past few days and have had
difficulty, please email the details of the problem to

gap-trouble@dcs.st-and.ac.uk

which points to a team of trouble-shooters who deal with these matters.
