Dear GAP Forum,

I am delighted to announce the acceptance of the FPLSA share package,
by V.P. Gerdt and V.V. Kornyak, both of the Laboratory of Computing
Techniques and Automation, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna,
Russia.

This package provides an interface between GAP4 (version 4 beta 5, or
the forthcoming version 4.1) and the program fplsa, version 4.0, which
is used to provide a faster and more capable method of finding the
structure constants of a finitely-presented Lie Algebra.

Since the package includes an external C program, it can only be used
under UNIX and is not available on the Macintosh or under Windows.
