There is a bug in 'Centralizer( <G>, <U> )' for ag groups which occurs
only if <G> is not the parent of <U>. In this case GAP returns a
subgroup of the parent of <G> which is not a subgroup of <G>. This bug
will be fixed in GAP 3.2.
